I think your tin hat slipped down over your eyes. As I previously said, it can be, and is, done legally. Where did you get the idea that anyone was advocating illegal acts??? I'll bet you didn't even know that it is legal to fly on commercial aircraft with 5 kilos of live ammo. Yes.......legally.

It can be done legally, with the proper export license and permits, which aren't cheap, and are not quickly obtained.
