Importing Rifle Springs and Hardware from J & P Springs in the States

I want to purchase some hex head screws and other parts to upgrade a few of my 22 rifles.Apparently J & P SPRINGS in the States will ship to Canada as long as the bill is under $100cdn. Before u get nailed with a $25. Shipping fee.Any advice/feedback from fellow Nutz on business with J &P or a Canadian source for CZ HArdware would be appreciated.THX.

I get my JP stuff from Brownells, they actually have good shipping prices, usually under $10 per order
