Importing scope mounts

I did a search and I didn't see anything so forgive me if there's a bunch of threads on this already. I want to buy a scope mount and bring it across but I recall seeing something about these being ITAR restricted. Would it be exempt if under $100 or is that wrong? I want an DNZ Game Reaper but it isn't readily available here or the shipping is outrageous.

According to the two retailers I just bought mounts from they are not ITAR regulated. Good enough for me.... saved a bundle and they had stock.

The export of scope mounts and rings is regulated by the US Dept of Commerce and mounts and rings do NOT require an export license. Anyone can legally export mounts and rings out of the US.
