Importing surplus pull downs

Would it be possible to import primed cases with bullets?

I'd buy Norinco like this if the price was right...

Yes, but it has not affect on the export. Even bullets are considered "military" in China.

AFAIK, the US considers slugs, primers and brass to be ammunition and thus subject to usa export rules. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That is true, but I highly doubt the OP was going to import Norinco components from the US.........

The question is GETTING those components here. They have to be routed on a container ship that will NOT stop at any US port or one that even has a US port listed as a secondary/alternate port.
