impractical IPSC target presentation

But when I got my Black Badge and joined IPSC I was looking for something a little different than IDPA to have some variety in my action shooting. Now IPSC is treading closer to the IDPA philosophy? :p

No, I won't defend him any longer, becoz there's no need to do so. I'll just state some facts.

He's been one of the highest ranking officers in IPSC for over 10 years, he has considerable influence within the organization, and he's earned the respect of the General Assembly, not an easy task when there are people from so many different countries, each with different agendas.

On the other hand, the handful of insignificant people here who criticize him are like fleas, who have zero influence or respect within the organization beyond their little circle of like-minded buddies.

I know for a fact he doesn't lose a moment's sleep over moronic comments made here, but if they make you guys feel good and mighty, go right ahead. Your comments reveal everything about you, but nothing about him.

Now circle the wagons and attack me ...... :)

well, if he didn't care then he wouldn't have brought up how I didnt spell douche properly.

I forgot how, unless we are on the BOD or kiss their ass, we are insignificant. I wonder what would happen if all the insignificant fleas of the world stopped paying their membership?

We all know he is just pissed cuz he is a pimple on the ass of the USPSA and nobody in the real world there gives a crap about what he has to say.

US Cabinet Secretaries (and Supreme Court Justices) are appointed, not elected, as are many other high-ranking officials around the world. They get appointed becoz they're the most qualified people for the job. The GA doesn't need to approve appointees in advance, but they can remove them at any time, yet Vinny is still there after all these years.

And then there's you, The Orange Boy. Nobody wants to elect or appoint you, but you go right ahead believing you have the clever wit to carry your lack of personality. Self-delusion can be cured, but you need to see a therapist.

You still don't get it, huh? He was illustrating your inability to spell correctly, and the underlying hatred you have for those who are better educated, which is most of the population. You don't really think you can make Vinny cry, do you? He eats people like you for breakfast.

That might be true, but where does that leave you? At least he and Nick stood up to the USPSA and told them to toe the line or they'll be shown the door, so they put their tail between their legs and whimpered back to their dog house.

BTW, if the USPSA is so great and powerful, why do they remain in IPSC? They could leave tomorow and nobody would notice. Besides, after all these years, they still can't find anyone to beat Eric in Open or Adam in Production, and none of their Lady champions can cut it internationally.
 
I think what you wrote above in post #36 was kinda hypocritical. No need to #### on USPSA,...or the people who participate in it. They have some really great female shooters and I think it is in bad taste to try and insult them. You could try and mention the Team results from the last worlds,...but that would not support your rant.
