My book has no info on IMR 4350 for the 200gr tsx for a 325wsm. I use 65gr for my 200gr accubond and thats max book load. So my understanding is barnes bullets can be loaded a little hotter? 67gr max load for the tsx?? I was thinking at starting with 63gr and working up in 1gr increments over the chrony, I just want to check that I'm on the right track here.

I'd likely start at 61gr and work up until you get pressure signs or hit the speed you are looking for.

My experience with tsx doesn't show loading hotter, some max loads were 2gr below cup-n-core bullets.

Well I took my first loads of 200gr tsx's to the range today. Result were okay. I was manly looking for pressure signs and what the limits were as it was my first time loading with no data on the powder/bullet combo. I started with 61gr of IMR 4350 and worked my way to 65gr 4 rounds each. I also loaded 1 round each at 66gr and 67gr just to see what I could do if no pressure signs were there. My best group was 63gr at 2750fps but I was able to get 3007fps with 67gr's with no pressure signs.

So with the TSX I heard speed is important to make sure they expand properly? and what is the down speed that is required for proper expansion?

My moose hunting load the last couple of years has been 66.5 gr IMR 4350 and the 200 gr TSX. Unfortunately I seem to have misplaced by chronograph results for this load, but it was 2900 ish if I remember correctly. I never did hit 3000 even when loading 67grs of IMR 4350. There were no pressures signs in either one of those loads. My gun is a browning stainless stalker and will group three into a inch at 100 yards if I do my part. I know my chrony results were a little different then some published info do to the 23" barrel on the browning. I am going to play around with some reloaded 17 next and maybe some 160 gr TTSX.

My load is 68 grains of imr 4350 topped with a 195gr hornady bullet. Speed approx. 2930fts from my chrony. Accuracy is about 1inch best- average 1.5inch.

RealGuns website has some good data for the 325wsm.
