IMR 4350 and Hodgson 4350

If you actually had both some IMR4350, and H4350 on hand you know right from the get go they are not the same.
IMR4350 has a greyish black graphite colour and the kernels are long. H4350 has a distinct olive colour to it and the kernels are roughly half the length of its IMR name sake.

Kudos to you. I was thinking this at the start of this post, but I havent actually had a can of IMR powder for years. Even if everybody else swore up and down that two powders where the same, I personally would still be inclined to keep them seperate. I will blend 2 separate lots of the same powder, then call the lot number by the date that I did the mix.
