IN-STOCK: All-New TYPE 81 SR

Impressions so far… way better build quality and machining tolerances compared to the SE line. Trigger still has a fairly long take-up… which is fine and it does break allot more crisp.

Only complaint is that my lower hand guard fitment is loose. I was going to reinforce it anyways so some shims will do for now. I may inquire about a replacement…

It seems I never get lucky with T81 wood.

I just got the delivery notice card in my mailbox. You can expect it to arrive by this week I believe.

I don't remember registering my email with the CFO.
Would this be something done by the retailer and Is there some kind of a link straight from the CFO website which gets me there?

if you have restricted and dealt with them and got statt or anything else they have an email for you even if you never registered. when you purchased the sr81 there is a case about registered email with rcmp so you put something in ...
 
Just got tracking info emailed to me this Am. Everything shipped out on the 10th. Mines sitting at my post office already. Relax guys they are already coming/there already in some cases.

of course relax nothing new with ti and it has been working that way with them for a long time. if you add the crazy storm on handguns that seems to add a lot on their system.
 
I got my scope and the reticle is very hard to see. Very blurry - can barely make out the crosshairs or elevation numbers. Took the eye relief off and that didn’t help. Put a battery and illumination didn’t help. Anyone else have this issue? I watched a YouTube video of a guy unboxing the scope and the reticle was so clear he was able to show it on camera..

try the adjustement with a - and + for the diopter part.
 
Take it outside and then glance thru it. They can be finicky for some eyes to get a good sight picture of in close quarters.
