IN STOCK: KMW Pod-Loc for Harris Bipod

Now this may be a silly question considering this is the core intended function, but... Once properly installed and tightened, does it withstand recoil for follow-up shots without a swivel bipod going out of a "level" setting secured with the pod-loc?
