I also noticed the the boys at Norico indexed the flash hider wrong, how do you go about reindexing this thing???????????????????

is on an sideways angle, the slots should face up and the solid surface should face down, so WTF???????????
 
Crush washer or peel washer.
What's between the flash hider and the barrel shoulder now?
How tightly is the flash hider screwed on?
Should be easy enough to adjust.
 
Use a peel washer. It takes a bit of time to set up, but it looks alot better than the crush washer option. Try and use a set of barrel clamps instead of an upper reciever block. It will put too much pressure on the little stud in the barrel and may cause some damage to the upper reciever. Ask me how I know.
