I've done a little research regarding OFV (India) .308 ammo, and have read that anyone smart will avoid it like the plague. This was due to inconsistency with brass thickness, not uniform flash holes, etc.

My questions are:

If anyone was brave enough to shoot this stuff, have you bothered to reload it? Any of these issues (case thinckess, flash holes, primer pockets, etc) actually true? Or is it just internet heresay? I have a bunch of FC .308 win brass that apparently is not the greatest, but i haven't had any problems! Would it be worth it to reload this OFV brass, or just hold out till i can buy some IVI stuff?

I can't find any info regarding primer crimps. Are these primer pockets crimped? I know they're boxer primed.

"...Are these primer pockets crimped..." The Indian stuff is likely crimped and is rumoured to be brittle. Mind you, the year it was made matters too. Late 90's and early 00's stuff is bad.
Indian and Pakistani ammo is avoided because of inconsistent ignition.
FC is Federal. Known to be soft, but that only means it won't last as long.
"...buy some IVI stuff..." If you can find any, you'll have to work up the load again and reduce the load by 10%.
