finally got the new racker installed. thanks to joe, he drilled and tapped the new hole. its now much easier to rack than the one on it before. big plus is the funky shape really matches the style of the gun haha.
next step is to take the gun completely down and finish sanding and polishing certain parts.
i noticed that using the buffer and green finish polish leaves a very hard residue that even acetone has a hard time to take off. my plan is to heat the parts up slightly to soften the polish, take it off, and go to a liquid metal polish with cloth buffer. mostly used on car parts, this should provide and perfect finish.

thank you for everyone support. been busy with work and family lately so guns have taken a back seat. seeing that everyone is hungry for more. ill be updating my tanfoglio thread that i also did a bit of work on. stay tuned.

Hey I saw all the custom work you did on your infinity. Really great work. Have had my infinity for 6 months now and have second slide and barrel . Wanted to see if you had any interest in doing some engraving and all you did to yours you did ? Paid for your time obviously. Thanks for your time let me know.
