hi just acquire a 5mm rimfire remington .i know near to impossible to get ammo but i always want one,any comment on that rifle(its a remington)any ammo source .any comment welcome
Dumb move....your only hope is that someone brings out a 5mm rimfire of some type that you can rechamber or make work. No central fire conversion possible, rebarrel to 17HMR but cost may be more then the gun is worth.
Well he's right,it's near impossible to get ammo for and not really worth anything..
Pretty much a useless gun,but he could have left out the Dumb part.
its why i buy all the 5mm from elwoodsepps.i like safe queen!! i only go to the range 1 or 2 time per year.maybe its why i have 356win 307 win and 7-30 waters

The no conversion thought is more in relation to the fact that the rifle itself is based on a .22rimfire action and can't be "ramped up" safely. The "dumb move" comment was based more on my bad habit of "calling 'em as I see 'em". My bad!
