Info on 2009 IPSC Nationals

first stages he shot were on my range , he's right handed and shot the entire match left handed , I was wondering how long it would take before he DQ'd , he shot the whole match with no problems ,gotta admire anyone with that kind of determination.

I was impressed, but I have no idea how he reloaded?

He would drop the mag, transfer his pistol to his hand in the sling, use his good hand to reload the gun, transfer the pistol back to his good hand and carry on. He said his bad hand could still grip just fine, the arm just couldn't lift much. He had injured himself just a little bit before the Nationals and he said he sure as hell wasn't going to miss it. It was great to watch.

As far as I know there wasn't any ICS stages.

Scores for the match as a whole can be submitted as an ICS Classifier. For example, the World Shoot had no classifier stages in it, but the overall match results were used for classification purposes.

I agree with Walter, it's PITA. However, if they reduced the fees for classification, I could see it being a worthwhile system to start classifying competitors in Canada based on their match finish rather than classifier scores.

there were no ICS Stages at the 08 Nationals but we did submit the whole match as an ICS match. i cannot remember exactly what we had to do to make it happen and i am way to lazy to go look it up but i do remember that it was a PIA and if i had known what we had to do i wouldn't have bothered.
