informed opinions needed

I am loading my 300 Win with 130 grain Speer HP over 75 grains of IMR 4350.
I am going to be shooting varmints with this load. But if I happen into and lung shoot an Island deer, will it be a grenade and mess up the critter?? I have never used these bullets before, so an informed opinion is needed.
The manual states that I should get about 3400 fps with this load....

Have killed and seen killed lots of deer with 100 Grn., 125 Grn., and 130 Grn. bullets but they were shot out of 308's and 30-06's. Pretty much all of them were one shot kills. The bullet will kill if you do your part and if you are practicing on Varmints sounds to me like you are more than capable to do your part.

They will nock over 30 lb steel plates at 300 metres (most of the time) at 308 velocities, so they don't totally vaporize. I found them surprising accurate, even with quite a jump to tha lands. Not very good in the wind.

Lots of blood shot if you do a body shot. Neck or head would be my choice if you trust your aim since Hollow points won't go in too far.
