I was originally going to buy some stuff off the the website as well until I seen the last update was 2006. Nope. If a site hasnt been updated atleast within the last two years I will not put my money down there.

So, before you posted accusatory material on here did you even bother to check out his webpage? Thanks buddy that is SO helpful. You are right, it is my fault this guy took off with my cash, even though multiple users on here referred me to him as well as Dlask and Marstar...

I was trying to blow the whistle on this guy and yet people always manage to find ways of pointing fingers which is pretty lame.

Hey, you did the right thing.

I tried getting a hold of him several times over the last few years.

Nothing.

If the guy took your dough and didn't deliver the product he should have his company name flagged and everyone should be warned.

If the site is no longer active, the site should be taken down.

Leaving it up and trolling for customers to send you money every now and then is thievery.

It wasn't your fault.
 
Have you contacted the police? Do you still have the sent emails in your "sent" folder? I think a good first step is to send him an email or two warning that you suspect he has stolen from you and are willing to get the police involved if necessary. If still no response then get your sent emails and transaction records together and file a report. Theft is theft, its illegal and punishible by law. Just my 2 cents
 
Yes I do have the emails on my computer, even the receipt of purchase. I am going to pay him a visit first. Who knows, I am trying to keep an open mind.

If that is not satisfactory, then I will involve the police.

Until then, I do not recommend anyone deal with vz58.net .

If you do have his name, maybe it might help you to find him on Facebook, he is there pretty often.
 
So lets re -cap. The guy ripped you off for 300.00 and you are considdering sending him a couple of strongly worded e-mails ? If you know where he lives, I think you should pay him a visit. I am sure his insurance deductible is at least 500.00 maybe more. It would be in his best interest to cough up the goods or refund the money. For crying out loud, grow some stones and take care of it. The police probably won't give a crap for 300.00. Sorry if this sounds a bit terse, but I have zero patience for this kind of stuff.
 
It looks like his (FRAUD ALERT) account has been shut down ,, i wonder why? lol .. When you Google VZ-58 his site is the second page after wikipedia to pop up , this is scary i wonder how many people out there got burned ??
