I see Canada and Inglis. I see a tangent sight, so Chinese contract. I see wood grips, so not necessarily original (I recall the Chinese contract had black plastic panels, but I could be mistaken). Not seen is the other side, which probably has Chinese characters and a CH serial number. Not seen is the heel of the butt, which probably has the typical shoulder stock slot.
 
Another idea, could be one of the surplus Belgium navy guns with replaced grips
Slide, barrel and frame numbers could be matching
Allen Lever and Century Arms brought them in, from VG to Mint condition at the time
Various finishes, from original to refinished

No this just arrved here from over seas. It just got registered in the system this week.
