Inletting black - where to purchase?

I soot up the barrel with a coal oil lamp with the chimney removed. Occasionally I use motor oil painted on with the tip of my finger

I used to always use the 'poor man's sight black' on my revolver's front sight. Take a length of masking tape and fold the sticky side in half onto itself. Then light it, gives off lots of carbon while burning and just hold whatever you want blackened high enough away from the flame, easy peasy and works like the good Lord intended.

I get inletting black from Track of the Wolf - no export issues yet.

Have tried the candle trick but inletting black works best for me anyway

Yes I get mine from TOTW ... no problems!
