Innovative Technologies collet resizing dies

The maker claims 20 reloads with belted magnums.

Snake oil. You can't get longer case life by working the brass more.

Set up your standard dies for your belted cases to partial size, and let the cases headspace on the shoulder rather than the belt, and you will get more loads per case than with that contraption.

OR. Buy a lee neck size die and anneal your brass.

That depends on why you are losing cases.
With some chambers it's very possible for the case head to expand too much to easily chamber, while the rest of the case is still serviceable.
I've used a 7RemMag that's done exactly that. After 4 or 5 reloads just neck sizing, they start to get pretty tight, so the cases go to a full length sizer to get bumped back a bit. That works good for about 3 cycles. By the 4th cycle, most of the cases are still too tight after a trip through the FL die. The 1-1.5mm just in front of the belt has expanded too much and no Fl die seems to squeeze it enough to return it to useable size. The belt is also getting a bit big, tho' it's not causing any interferance yet.
I think one of those collet jobies might have worked to get some more life out of that batch of cases.
