Insane Russian SF training

But I came across this video of some insane Russian shooting drills for their Special Forces. These guys are BAD@SS!

Also, for those who maybe dont know, this has nothing to do with action shooting games. You would never see someyhing like this in the shooting sports

So you're telling me the next step after I get my IPSC black badge ISN'T becoming one of the "ALPHA GUYS" on a Russian team of operators...?

Not sure how effective this is, what it is for sure is a very unsafe training - you can do all that with lasers. This might be one of this russian show-off "Look what i can do" things (native russian speakers will understand, rather than a real contribution to operational requirements.

they don't feel it's unsafe at all, for them this is reasonable training and get's people prepared for real world fights. Based on the success of their actions I wouldn't say they are wrong, and watching some of the guys shoot competitively I wouldn't dismiss their training at all.

Ever hear the quote train how you fight? its one thing to be confedent in your skill with laser tag, but it takes a whole other level of confidence to keep you head when live rounds are flying your way. im sure these guys are much less likely to freeze up when the bad guys shoot back!

It's not just shooter training, it's training them to get shot at as well.

Looked like good training to me.


Everyone can shoot targets, but when the target is shooting back it's a whole different game.


Imagine a 3 gun stage where you are getting shot at with paintballs while shooting the stage. Would be fun.
