Inside neck reaming

Got a bit of a donut problem with my Lapua 6.5-284 winchester brass. Ive just ordered a Forster neck reamer from Sinclair. Anyone know the exact diameter of this tool and the correct procedure for neck reaming?

I think it will do the necks down to the .17 If that's what you're asking.

Check the catalog; but IIRC the Forster neck reamers are sized for use on resized cases and the Wilson are sized for use on fired cases.

And by "donut" I'm assuming you mean at the neck-shoulder junction?

Most of the time itas at the neck shoulder junction. Sometimes slightly above.
