You will not go wrong with any of the Heathens! If you’ve got anything you need to know or don’t understand just call Harley or Andrew and they’ll help you. Great people that support the sport! I have a few Heathens as well as Area 419Hellfire Match brakes. Never had any come loose. I guess better matching with quality barrels eliminates these problems.
Insite Arms Heathen Brake on 223?

We may have a few original 4 ports that are bored .224 cal
But in general we put 6mm brakes on nearly all of the 22 cal stuff. There is really no discernable difference going up a cal or two...especially on a 223.
As for body size we try to get close to the barrel diameter for a balanced look and fit
