A big thank you to the folks at Insite Arms for my new rig! Harley got me set up with a sweet new 22-250. It's a real tack driver and the workmanship is just excellent. I'm looking forward to stretching it out with the Berger 77's that it's set up for!

Here it is!

WOW! That is a beautiful rig! Pretty much exactly how I would have a varmint gun built. How does it shoot?
P.S. I talked to Harley before too and he is an awesome guy and willing to talk to you to find out exactly what you want and has great advise

It shoots ridiculously well! It's about 0.6" at 200 yards. I've got a vortex razor on it which has an analog adjust zero and I'm glad because the rifle is so dang precise, I feel like I can adjust it to hit the eye of a bird flying lol. I'm VERY happy!! I'm figuring out what my next rig from Insite will be!

That winter pattern is beautiful on that rifle. It was nice of Insite to throw a picture up for you like that. Quickly too, even for their forum. Little customer service things like that speak volumes about a company.

Why the 77gn, with that 7.7 twist, you should be able to handle up to the 90gn's. Magazine length might get to be a issue.?

I just haven't run heavier yet, I'll try it at some point. Harley and I have chatted and this is what I'll run as my steady eddy while I play around with options. I've yet to get my local coyotes thoughts on the matter but will do so shortly ;).
