Instagram's 'Mr. Adventure' accused of illegally killing bears in Yukon

I believe there is a Canadian Wildlife Act that he may be charged under, however I'm dubious about the criminal code. Regardless of what the law states, I personally don't believe that wildlife infractions should be classified as criminal.

He's got a private account on IG, but I wonder if the federal charges are related to firearms charges...no license etc. That would make sense.
