Hi Guys,

As soon as ArmsEast send me the above trigger, I will hopefully install it myself. Apart from watching the installation video by Bill Geissele, are there any tips/difficulties that I should be aware of. It will be going into a Stag Arms carbine.

Thanks.

I find a rubber mallet is all you need for the trigger pin (avoids marring or damaging the finish on the lower receiver). Sometimes an extra set of hands is helpful when aligning the hammer to insert the pin for that. You'll love the SSA - it's an awesome trigger.

If you have someone to help push pin when you get the holes lined up, it's quick. Took me a while to do it by myself.

On sure if this is an issue with the SSA Trigger but you may have to use the dremel on the Lower as per the Geissele instructions if the hammer touches the lower on the right side when cocked.. In the instructions that come with the trigger they do mention it but i am not sure if he mentions this in his video.. I had to do it on my PWS 112 to install the Geissele Trigger.. but it was easy after that..

the only tricky part is aligning everything to get the pins in. I was able to do it in 10 mins with the lower in my lap watching the video. with a good place to work maybe only 5 mins.
