installing apex tac. m&p DCAEK and RAM tonite

just started taking it apart and man was all that stuff filthy! removed the rear rail sear/extractor housing and it was caked with dirt.

the new sear that came with the apex kit looks pretty rough and is not polished at all compared to the stock s&w sear, anyone know how to polish it with a dremel? gonna watch a few of the apex and other user vids now and have a beer. cheers guys

No need to polish the Apex sear, it's still better than the S&W part.
 
Just installed a DCAEK 2 nights ago myself, only difficulties I found was removing the rear sight. Love the new feel of the trigger, I have the new Apex trigger on the way, and am thinking, I should have gotten the RAM kit as well... I like the concept of having that obvious trigger reset.

Easy install though... Now I just need to recheck my sights
