I find that the trigger of my TC Encore requires quite a bit of pressure. I found the Bellm spring kit on the internet and am interested in getting these springs installed on my TC Encore rifle.

Does anyone have experience with these springs or know the answer to these questions:

Q: Will Bellm ship to Canada? (the shipment will be well under $100 value)
Q: Otherwise, are these kits available from a Canadian supplier?
Q; Can any competent gunsmith install these springs, without special tools?

I just ordered a three spring kit from Bellum TC. It hasn't arrived yet, but I have had my frame apart. I also got it back together. And it all works.

The shipping to Manitoba was $4.00. On the Bellum site there are detailed instructions on how to dis-assemble and re-assemble the frame. Turned out to be very helpful. No special tools required.

PM me if you need help. Good luck.

I installed my trigger spring yesterday. Man is it ever nice. (I don't have a scale to verify what the pull weight is, but it feels like it got cut in half)I used a set of needle nose pliers and the whole thing went together nicely. Follow the instructions on line and you will have no problem.

i have the T/C encore endeavor And i Dont Find my spring is too bad.
i have looked into the Spring kits But i dont think this Gun needs it.

Do you know if my gun's spring is the same as the stock encore?

Yes for the pliers to save yourself a bit of grief. When putting the spring in, make sure the space you are working in is clean because if the spring pops and flies it can be fun to find.

The alternative to a lighter trigger pull is to stone the trigger mating surfaces. They offer one with the correct angles. I recently did a trigger with little effort, just stoning it and the factory 8# trigger is now 2.5#. That was without changing the springs.

I bought a prohunter with a bellm trigger in it from this site a little while ago. I loved it but had to clean a few guns out and the pour tc got the axe. The guy I sold it to said he is having issues with accidental fires. Anyone else experience this?

Mine was installed with a heavy hammer spring and the trigger pull was scary light.

Obviously someone didn't do the trigger job right. If I was that owner I would get new internals and start again and do it or get it done right. I did a 2# trigger on mine that is perfectly safe.
