Installing Magpul AK grip on Vz58

Trimming the metal i believe will result in a nicer appearance. But that also involves modifying the gun in a mostly irreversible way... pick ur poison haha

I’ve been hollowing out the inside... may not have been the wisest choice. Might have to get an other grip.

I already Zhukov’d it so I guess that doesn’t matter.
 
Does anyone stock AR grip adapters? I tried to get a couple from the US, but nobody was willing to ship, even though items under $100 in value are ITAR compliant. Not a fan of chopping up that part of my rifles, and chopping the grip up looks gross.
 
Honestly; Cut the Trigger guard that is attached to the receiver (Dremel for ease) and you just screw it on.. some locktight will help it stay in place as well as the trigger guard.
