My buddy has a 12" Remington 870 that I'm pretty jealous of. . .
And I had some S&J parts and a camera. . .
So we built it out. This is the installation of:
An 870 Jumbo Safety
A No-Jam Magazine Follower
And a front sling plate, which I wouldn't normally be crazy about but seems super useful on a shorty shotgun like this. (Watch the video if you can't figure out why)
There's also the shot-shell carrier in there. Which is personally the kind of thing I want to have on every shotgun I own.
You'll notice the words "bear defence" are never spoken in the video. Lets keep it that way
I like that these upgrades a basic upgrades to the gun, without taking it an totally changing its design to a super heavy tactical shotgun monstrosity. I try to save those for myself.
What else should he add?
I'm trying to think up a good competitive course of fire that I can do with my 14" Fabarm and he can run with his 12" 870. Ideas?
