yes I can imagine the overhead they have but for the cost difference I'll walk back and forth,nothing special about the grips just a set of hogues.They just have no follow up.I've never been treated well there and they have lost at least 8 gun sales from me pro-line shooters is far better to deal with

I'm sorry to hear you have had such bad experiences with us.

I would like to ask as to when the last time you were in? There have been some amazing changes here since the change of management in January.

As to grips: We still are not that good at follow up on the small items. Give us time as we are working on that now as well.

Yea the follow up needs work, I too have purchased 3 firearms from TSE, then my last two from proline due to people putting my name on lists that nobody calls...Still come to shoot three once a week at least though. Probably headed there in 2 hrs lol..

The problem stems from some staff taking orders for things we cannot even get or they fill out a request form and write down the wrong phone #. I cannot count how many times that has happened. Sometimes I think I hired a bunch of dyslexics.
 
or a bunch of compulsive liars lol. My request was a CZ Shadow and CZ858-2. Both were on your shelves for months with me not getting a call. Both of which I purchased elsewhere, but that's in the past. I'll see you in 2 hrs to renew my membership.
