While Jan/ Feb may seem like a long way off, wasn't is just last week when summer started? Not sure about my left leaning rifle, and the video of the Mossburg jamming, but at least my tupperware won't be too cold on the hands, so count me in, depending on the date,,,,

The earliest a date could be set will be the end of this month. And really, I hqvent looked at any specific dates yet, as I am not sure there is going to be enogh interest yet.

Here's my take on it... From past experience.

By asking who's interested all you'll get is the usual non committal "I'm in's" depending on the date, phase of the moon, if my wife says I can.. Etc.

As MD what I think you should do is... Set your date and open registration a few weeks before the match.
Those who can/will attend will and those who can't/won't... Won't.
You'll never get a date that works for everyone.
If you don't have enough sign ups to make it worthwhile... Cancel.
I doubt this will happen though... If it does then the cgn "community" are a bunch of daisy pickin' scrap booking sissies who font own a pair of long johns.
We're Canadians... We should be able to shoot in the cold and snow!

Anyway... YOU pick the date and I'll jig my schedule to attend. Not the other way 'round...
