I'm asking you guys on behalf of my cousin he's looking for a backpacker 410 shotgun that he can fold in half and put in a backpack and put in back of his snowmobile for grouse hunting or rabbit hunting.
Anyone got a bead on one??

Boito has a single shot that sits around $200, foldable but it's real short as is.

You can also look out for the Turkish companies, like Churchill and canuck, they usually have single shots that fold for $120-160

I got a youth Rossi combo .410/.22lr that's a pleasure to walk around with. It would require a bit of assembly before being able to fire it, so maybe not the best. Depends on context.

I picked up a little Turkish folder for my son. The brand is Armed, but I think they’re pretty much all the same. 16” barrel, comes with removable chokes. It works well for the price point

Personally, rather than a 410, I'd look for the lazer 20 ir 28 guage 20" barrel that folds in half. Breaks down to the same length, has screw in chokes, weighs at most 1 lb more, and can do so much more including easier to aim. They have a walnut and synthetic version. Costs under 200. A tough, simple gun.

Right now i only see it listed at doctordeals.
Also available as short barrel and in 410. Trigger pull is a little stiff, only issue. Oh, and the trigger guard can pinch you.
But that's just me. I hope this helps.
