Hello fellow shooters,I am looking to join the Sharon gun club and would like to buy a share o share one if possible. I am a resident of newmarket and her it is a great club. any info would be great.

Thanks

Go to the club on a Saturday morning. Partake in an awesome breakfast and then go talk to the nice lady in the office. The executive often knows who has shares to sell.

Thanks for the reply, I did pay a visit on sat morning a few weeks ago. Breakfast smelled great. I talked to the lady in the office and was very nice but she said to post on this site as my best option.?

3000$$ Thats crazy lol Anyone know of a club that is equivalent. I like the fact that it has long range rifle and Handgun. I would like to purchase a Restricted but need to join a club.

Limited shares, high demand.

Price is bound to go up. Supply and demand.

I have been shooting there with my father for several years now, since back when shares were $600.. then $1000, then $1600, etc.

I got one a few months ago for under 3k, but I was lucky at that price. Since lots of people want shares, and few are willing to sell, the few sellers charge what they want and will get it.

Expect prices to keep on rising on the used market.

All that said, it is worth it. The club is full of active shooters and lots of great guys in general. Very friendly nature there, even if big brother is slowly moving in via. cameras.

There are no "beginner" or "open days" at Sharon.

However if you know a member you can come as guest for $10.00.

Really? They used to run a $50 intro course where you didn't even have to have licences. They just made sure that you didn't load the firearms you were trying. Had a selection as I remember and the $50 only really covered ammo.
Shotgun, a semi-auto rifle....AR body I think, and a few different handguns.

Have they stopped doing this? This is how I got interested in firearms in the first place.

I know a member still runs women's intro courses on ocasion, but I have not seen a general intro course ever there. Not saying it does not happen, just that I have not seen it.

Target sports, about 10 minutes down the 404, is a bit more set up for those kind of intros then we are anyways.

Sharon gun club

Have two shares - make offer. Am told I must sell my shares to the Club.
Do not know if this is correct. Since my Dad passed, I've lost all interest in target/hunting.
If someone can enjoy these, please contact.
