Interesting .38 special brass?

I was doing my usual brass hogging at the range today, And I found some interesting looking .38 special brass. It is very thin and very light, It looks like aluminum or something. It is stamped N CCI R 38 spl. It also has an unusual primer hole, Two holes actually, With a slot between them, Like beridan. Anybody know what it is?

CCI Blazer brand non reloadable disposable ctg fitted with a Berdan primer to keep people from trying to reload it. Has been made in all popular hg calibres for 25 years. Cheaper than brass case ammo.

Yep, CCI Blazer is made of Al. It's not great ammo, but it is ok.
