I don't like Glenn Beck at all he's a bit of a crazy, but this was a pretty good piece. The US government does seem to have it out for Nugent, and the law relating to the bears for Alaska from what I read is a little convoluted. It seems the states has some of the same problems with conservation and wildlife systems as we have here.
