Regarding The M14 bolts i was told in an email that they are shippping this week. Forgive my newbness but would it be alright to install my norinco bolt internals into new bolt from these guys?

I don't know if it will fit.
Anyway I would order the extra parts to get a complete bolt. Won't cost you much more, you'll have a good bolt and spare parts.
