Just picked this up only because it was a little different.It looks lit it was a sniper rifle.The barrel looks like it was not cut.Mag cut off as been removed.
Is it worth more?Can it be restored?

Sorry, that is a rifle that went through a commercial refurb to turn it into a sporter. Then Bubba got ahold of it and removed the Charger bridge, then drilled and tapped the receiver. There might be $100 in parts there.
 
Pretty sure that is the exact sniper rifle that shot Hitler and ended WWII...
Or a beat up bubba special, one or the other.
 
That was a lot of Bubba's work to install a scope. He could've just drilled one hole through the charging bridge and the other one through the top of the receiver's front.

I think once Bubba realized there were flush rivets holding the charger guide on there was no stopping him.
