Yes.
the Ruger bx25 mags are supposed to be as reliable as the Ruger 10 round rotary mags, not much reason to go for one of the third party ones as they are quite cheap too. unless you want a 50 round drum.
BX25 Mags are prohibited because they were advertised as being manufactured for the Charger pistol. If they came pinned to 10 they'd be legal.
Butler Creek steel lips feed fine in my SR22 with the right ammo. I use CCI mini-mags. Paint then solid black if you don't like the look...but leave the hot lips at the store for some chump to buy. Steel lips only.
I also have the Alangator tri-mags to hook 3 factory 10-round rotaries into one...combining the reliability of the factory with with high capacity. It's much easier to have that slung on your back than that big awkward BC mag.
