Because everybody makes mistakes.

Shooters make them, RO's make them.

They told me at my BB course several years ago to not take anything for granted. Look at your targets or appoint a friend.

Never really payed attention to it that's all.
 
always go over results,...check your scores to make sure they add up. Make sure the time is clear for scoring. Every body makes mistakes, it is just human nature.

I thought that his talking about the arbitration and events from WS XIV was in poor taste. He should have just given a polite "no comment" or something along those lines. Granted, my information is secondhand about the arbitration and hearsay about the actual ruling.
 
his age at the time of the interview should be taken into account,...I believe this interview is from 2004/2005? When I say that, I mean because over time we sometimes become wiser. Airing dirty laundry may not always be the best way, but can not blame him for being frank with his answers. I am glad he told his side of it....was there an interview with Dave as well in regards to this,...I seem to remember something on the Global village about this....

I was only posting that because I thought it was interesting that there seems to be controversay in everything. At times I seem to think we are above such petty arguments because we all share a sport that has enough bad press as it is. As with all things big business plays its role. Both of these guys have sponsors they are working for and trying to win for them as well. Always more on the line than it seems at first glance.

Again I will say, I just thought it was interesting reading as are all the interviews on that page.
