The hunting community lost one of its own.

Jason Peterson was host of a couple shows on Wild TV.

HCAB and Into the Wild.

He was a Sask born and raised sportsman.

It just happened Weds Aug.1st @ 1:30 P.M....I believe a plane crash in Kananaskis, was flying from B.C.

Wife and kids at home.

Wow! I watched his hunting adventures weekly! I felt like i knew Jason. Very tragic. Young life taken. My deepest condolences to family and friends of Jason. RIP Brother

Plane crash on Tuesday. Damned sad. He was a classy, genuine guy.

He was flying an ultralight near Grand Prairie AB. According to news reports, too bad may he rest in peace

Jason was a good friend to a few of the guides up here at the lodge...They say he bought an ultralight aircraft out west and was flying it home...Very sad.
