Hello, brand new member here looking for info
I’ll skip right to the point, I ordered a crusader Templar gen 2 5.56 back in October, and it still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed them 3-4 times now asking what’s going on and haven’t received a single email back about what the hold up is, they were sure quick to respond when I was ordering the rifle but once they got my money, haven’t heard a thing. Has anybody else had these issues?
Really frustrated, especially after reading it would take 2-4 weeks for the order to be shipped. Really not impressed. Already feeling the buyer remorse and wishing I would have got a Lockhart.
Also my old man pre-ordered a crux 308 all the way back in the summer (to which now they have released and are accepting orders for the rifle) but he still hasn’t received it. He’s also been trying to contact them to no anvil
What’s going on over there? Their customer service seems to be very poor
