Thanks to the hard work of Doc and Ginger the day was a big success. A number of new shooters were introduced to the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting and fun was had by all. Lots of powder burned, food eaten and some great stories shared. Thanks again Doc and Ginger.

And we'd like to thank everyone from the local area that helped in any way and all our friends and fellow shooters from the PA and Candle Lake clubs who drove quite a distance and gave so generously of their time and energy.Everyone did have fun and hopefully we can do something similar around here again.

Good Luck and have fun!
From cowboys and gals of the Ottawa Valley Marauders

You'll be pleased to know that the Remmie I purchased from you did fine service at this event producing clouds of insect repeling black smoke! Hope you are having a pleasant summer filled with booms and smoke of your own.

Regards,
Icebox

Glad to hear it Icebox.
I was sorry to see it go, but when I have something that is longer in use, it's time to let someone else enjoy it.
We still have our Soot Lords here to keep down the 'skeeters but I'm now shooting Classic Cowboy and having fun in that division.
Just tuning up a Uberti Hiwall in .45-70 and loading up a whole lotta bullets for a Buffalo Match for the Posse, to be held sometime in the near future.
Waiting for the CFO here to get me the ATT and registration for a 22 Remington style Derringer to be used in gambler type stage in an upcoming club match.
OOPS, me and my big mouth. Giving away the secrets..Hush about it and keep it quite!
All the best Pard
