Introducing True North Arms Corp.

Love these guys! Received my first order in 2 business days, realized the handguard wouldnt go over the gas block and that i forgot i needed some pins. Placed a second order and guess what... two days later it was at my house. Thoroughly impressed with them having stock on all the little parts, great pricing, cheap and fast shipping. The hand written note on the receipt shows the personal nature of these guys too. I will be ordering more in the future for sure.

Thanks you
My goal is to have every AR part that you available in a single place

Stay tuned for some more cool ar shopping options in the next few months

Recevied my handymans special M16 BCG and it dropped right into my milspec upper and checked head space with my gauges and its good. It also dropped into my NEA upper....No fitting required. Thanks for the great deal and the hand written note was a nice touch. Waiting on your TNA uppers now.

Looking for an engraved dust cover and extended mag release for my AR do you guys do that?

We are hoping to have extended mag release buttons in before Christmas.
Right now we don't have any engraved dust covers. I can see you a blank one that you can take to the mall for engraving

I'm glad this business model works. I was irritated by the other guy demanding a PAL for parts (out of principle) and the preorder bugged me. I'd order a bunch of things and they'd send what they'd have with shipping. Then some small part would come in and they'd charge shipping again. I asked for the return of a barrel to inventory and then the price went up $100 the next day. I bought it and found out they couldn't mention there was no front sight post. I swear I spend $200 on shipping for one build! It's my way of saving you guys are very welcome.

Yeah, I purchased a number of small items (rail covers, offset flip up BUIS, a magazine). Good price, the package arrived ridiculously fast, and shipping was inexpensive as well. There was even a handwritten note on the invoice thanking me for my first purchase.

Thus far I'm very, very impressed with True North Arms Corp. Thanks!

So I placed an order for a few items a week or so ago. The online purchase was very smooth and the package arrived very quickly. Amongst the items I ordered was a free float keymod handguard. Everything looked perfect until I went to install the barrel nut that came with the handguard. The gas tube alignment holes were out of spec and a little thin towards the outside of the nut. Once torqued down the material gaveaway and I was left with a broken nut torqued onto the barrel. After getting the nut off I made a quick phone call to them explaining what has happened. They immediately took full responsibility for it and started asking what all needed replaced ( even asking if it broke or damaged my tools) . I told them it was just the barrel nut and within a few hours I already had a tracking number for the replacement nut.

The new nut was perfect. No flaws at all and went on smoothly. I definitely got a lemon because the replacement was just as nice as some of the top dollar handguard. I will definitely be doing business with this company in the future. I had an issue yes, but true North arms stood behind their products and did not hesitate to resolve the issue immediately, I can't say every company would do the same.

Thanks again!

No issues is what makes for a great business. Since life happens, that's not a reasonable expectation 100% of the time, so how a company responds to life's little issues is what makes them memorable!

Two orders so far and the combination of great prices & fast shipping have made me a big fan.
Thanks Guys!
Cheers!

ps. the hand written & personalized thank you note on the receipts is a nice touch

Three orders in, very cool operation.

Sorry for the delay in giving props but hey, better late than pregnant.

Fantastic service, awesome product line and great prices.

Thanks again, Stanley and Zach.

Zach is super friendly and quick to respond.I
Screwed up my orders (yes more than one) forgetting to add things or ordering the wrong items.
He replied to me from morning to midnight via email and fixed everything quick.

Happy with the service and just placed another order since their gas blocks are back in stock!
