Having trouble with obtaining proper sized nipple for old Investarms 50 cal. Muzzleloader. Have obtained some in the past but threading was not right. Does anyone have a thread count which would work with this. I believe Lyman Plains percussions have similar sizing but any help or confirmation would be appreciated. I have one on rifle but would like to get a couple spares

Likely a metric nipple if it is Investarms. Most were 6x.75mm. A few were 6x1 mm. I would try the 6x.75 first. .....catnip

Greybeard outdoors has a ton of blackpowder/muzzleloading accessories and supplies, I ordered five of these last year.
