IOR Warning!

Faulty ring on one of the lenses and warranty was denied as they claimed abuse and this was a new scope. Parallax failure, seizure of adjustmets and other issues. 8 month return when they decided to repair.

We cancelled IOR and picked up Nightforce and Sightron.

Regards,

Peter

I have a ####ed up IOR scope. Loose lense makes it useless, won't hold zero.

Don't know what to do with it since I bought it used on the EE.

Armedsask, it has to go back to IOR trough authorised dealer.
Wolverine may still be dealing directly. Would help if we could.

Regards,

Peter

Valdada won't touch anything outside of the US. Been there, done that....

Check with John @ Wolverine = is the best bet. Even when I contracted IOR directly in Romania, they directed me to Wolverine.

Just an FYI. It will take time and might cost something...

Their products are very good quality, very well thought out and still fairly reasonably priced.

If they screw it up with poor customer service that would be a pity.

Much cheaper to replace a few scopes and gain customer loyalty.

RRCo., they have practical features and fine optics and when imported from Valdada, they would simply repalce faulty units. The Romanians denied warranty on a new 4-28, known to have a faulty erector lense. This, combined with too many failures and 8 months warranty return caused us to cancel. We have not looked back with Nightfoce and Sightron, except to advise what happed and apologize to customers who bought IOR.

Regards,

Peter
