This is on August 15-16 I believe. Where do I get info to watch the competitions? I can't find anything on the website.

I was told at Firearms Outlet Canada that you just need to show up with eyes and ears. Is any further information available?

That helps with the dates but no info on times for spectators. 9-6? Anyplace to get something to eat or drink? Bring a chair?

Sorry - competitions are usually built for the competitors first. Spectators, while welcome - are an afterthought.
Don't bring a chair; you won't sit anyplace for any amount of time and room for chairs would be consumed by competitors.
Expect to see shooting anytime between 9 and 5, with a lunch break. Bring your own food and drink.

Just a heads up to anyone on the waiting list for this match, check the official webpage for the competitor list update, you may be on it. I've talked to a number of people recently who had no idea they had made it into the match. I only found out by accident when I clicked a saved page by accident.
