Again, I'm not offering my opinion on any disciplinary actions being handed out from the top. I am only replying to the above point.

As per our Constitution of 1996...

55. Such IPSC Ontario club representative is subject to acceptance by the board of directors.

And they have already accepted him.. where is the line about removal??

(Also if you are going to quote a constitution, that the rest of us don't have access too, it would be polite to send us a copy that I can pull quotes from too ;) ;) )

Phil, I forgot to apologize to you as well. I am sorry to drag you into this.
Just like Kent, you were a casualty of war, and for that I apologize.

I would like to state for the record again, I am sorry I would have loved the opportunity to work as a Team like you said but my coach benched me and has kicked me off the team.
I will not be surprised if they try to take my membership away. (Hint)
They will find some rule to stick this to me.
That is what you get for volunteering.

John,
I have no hard feelings toward anyone on this. (I don't like airing dirty laundry for all to see)
Hopefully cooler heads prevail...and it all works out.

Thank You Phil.
This laundry is not airing out, it got thrown out. I am to blame.

I just have no more faith in IPSC Ontario.
It's fallen and cannot get up. Me included.
If I am aloud to shoot IPSC as a shooter, then this will be enough for me.

I just want to shoot if I may.

Having been down this road with other shooting organizations (I won't name names or bring up the issues) all I will say is that the memory fades or people just give up long before cooler heads appear...

Shooters seem to be given fairer treatment than the RO's.. at least they get policies that ensure they get a proper review before they are DQ'd from a match..

Since I'm relatively new at this sport but have noticed its an international league.. can a person renew their membership outside of Ontario and still shoot in the province; thus avoiding these weird issues and supporting a different BOD at the same time? Or not?

No...there are specific residency requirements for membership...you live In Ontario...you join IPSC Canada...through Ontario.

Barrie IPSC

It is a shame that IPSC is not willing to give in, Barrie has always put on top level provincial match which has not been outdone by too many clubs in the area. Who cares if we have two range masters as long as the shooters are provided with the good course of fire. If IPSC Ontario feels that these people are incompetent they should do all the work for the match and stop giving orders on what to do, how to do it,, when did it. It is the club that has to do all the work in advance which relies on club members to help. We have to remember that IPSC is not the only discipline in the club and IPSC Ontario should be happy when any club donates the facility for the match. This is truly a personality clash with IPSC executives and should have never been allowed to get this far, as usual I guess no one has any backbone on this board. The two members in question have more likely done more for ISPC in building up the shooting sports than anyone else.

ummm....nope.

...and now back to English

It is a shame that IPSC is not disposed to hand, Barrie was always putting the provincial match of level of top that was not exceeded in too many clubs in the area. Who worries if we have two masters of variety while the arms of fire are provided of the good course of the fire. If the Ontário IPSC it feel that these people are incompetent they must do all the work of the match and stop giving orders in which to do, like doing it, when the fez. It is the club that will do all the work in advance that trusts members of club to help. We have to remind of ourselves of what IPSC is not the only discipline in the club and the Ontário IPSC it must be happy when any club donates the easiness of the match. This is really a personality's crash with executives IPSC and it is never necessary to have been when this allowed to be acquired far, since of habit I guess that nobody has any dorsal bone in this advice. Two members open to question did more probably more for ISPC in the accumulation of the sports they shoot of what someone more.
