Hi guys, is it normal to not receive a member card or black badge, Ive paid IPSC member dues for 3 years so far since doing the course and doing my first shoot but have yet to receive anything. Please help

Why don't you contact IPSC Ontario at https://www.ipsc-ont.org/ipscbod.htm and ask?

Contact the BB Training Coordinator, your badge might have got bounced back to him and could be waiting to hear from you. Try blackbadge@ipsc-ont.org.

After your first match did you get the blue card signed and mail it in?

That was fast, they even knew who I was just from my handle on here LOL. My mail was being bounced back by Canada Post. Yet another class act by IPSC Ontario!
