IPSC holster and mag pouches for M&P

Wondering what holster and mag pouches would be recommended for IPSC and the S&W M&P 9mm ?

I recently switched to these pouches, after a few years of using cr speed - I think it was a positive move. The price is about the same, you do a LOT of mag changes, those are nice mag pouches.

Re holster, something like a bladetech DOH is really great, the cr speed/etc race holsters look cool, but for an extra what? $100? They offer maybe 0.1s speed up, once you really practice, and only on stages where you draw-and-shoot; most of the time you have to get into your first shooting position anyway, so even if you have a 0.1s faster draw, it won't translate into any stage time saving...
