IPSC IDPA rifle choices

Hi

That's like asking guys what's better, blonds, brunettes or redheads, (always liked girls with deep walnut/black hair myself:D .)

Ar15 types are popular, and it is what I use. Others like the M1 Garand because it holds 8 rnds as opposed to 5, but it's a big thing. Others like the beretta Storm as it can use 10 rnd pistol mags. (There are good 10 rnd mags and bad 10 rnd mags. Would someone care to explain this to him. I don't know all the details myself .)

Some people pick a rifle because they like that type of rifle, regardless of what they are going to do with it. Others will pick a particular rifle because they feel it will give them the best chances of placing on top in a match.

Your on the right track by asking questions, and you can usualy borrow something at a match till you decide what you want and go shopping.

I like females aslong as they have 2 of them and 1 of those ;)
as far as rifles go i like to use my M1 Carbine :)

The AR gives you the most flexibility in terms of being able to swap out uppers to match the various types of shooting you may encounter.

I used my SMLE 10 rounds, slow but if you are there for fun it is great.

Yup.... no problem with that.
A slower.. withi reason, but more accurate hit beats a faster miss:)

Slow to reload, but they still throw lead down range...
